Hey there sxmgirl, I have had that same error when trying to use coupon codes from time to time whether using my MC or, less frequently, my HSN card.  Each time I have opened a live chat with an HSN rep who was able to resolve in a flash!

I always get coupons from HSN, but most of the time, there isn’t anything I want to buy.

i had asked the mods weeks ago if we could now post HSN codes since they were now sister channels and i received a YES. we can now post the codes and links to hsn.

I saw the 20% off on their main page and used that baby fast! Got Jay King's Confetti Opal necklace. So darn pretty I could not resist and the 20% and free shipping made it a must have. I shop where they welcome me with coupons now and then.Q seems to discourage me with the new return policy and no discounts or coupons ever. New accounts get $$$ credits....20+ year customers get nada.
