With the pandemic, it probably does work out well for guest sales reps to work remote. Several, not all, guest sales reps are allowed to use obvious very poor transmission equipment. Today is probably the absolute worst. Not only does the poor thing sound like she is in a tin can, but her mouth is working at one speed with a very noticeable delay. Can't even watch. Why does QVC allow this? Shouldn't Q require a minimum standard for this equipment since it may be the future of shopping networks.

ITA!    If they cannot get an adequate audio system they should not be allowed to be on air.   Unwatchable at times.

Valerie Parr Hill has the best audio and picture when she is transmitting from her home. Very well done.

It's so awful, I've had to turn it off. This just isn't working. Bring the reps back in the studio.
