I know what you are saying.  Liquidation Channel would send me $5.00 off coupons every holiday like Christmas, St. Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.  I really appreciated that from an outfit that supplied jewelry to many companies.  Why QVC can't be more appreciative of their best customers doesn't make good customer sense.

Most successful retailers show customer appreciation through incentives like coupons or other discounts. I think QVC takes for granted the many customers who shop with them who may lack most other options like brick and mortar stores, etc. Many are physically unable to drive or even leave their homes. It would be great to see QVC acknowlege their loyal customer base with legitimate discounts. QVC is the only place I know that thinks  a 1-2% reduction in price is a "sale".
