Re: Going Back to programming like early QVC

@OutOfTheBlue @shoekitty Those Boyds Bears shows were the best. Gary Lowenthal and Mary Beth hosted most of the shows. They had the best time. i also miss all the 14 and 18k Gold Shows they had.

@shoekitty Thank you for all the recall you gave me on the old Q days and the vendors and hosts.

YES! I remember everything you posted.

Wow...it was really fun back then, wasn't it??

@OutOfTheBlue  yes, it was fun back then.  Everything was soooo new.  No internet, and we were a small town, no malls, big stores. QVCwas fun!

Sunday afternoon is a time of relaxation--would enjoy fashion and home decor--not a weekly Sunday dose of 'in the kitchen'--pure boredom.  I see my kitchen six-days a week, need a break...offer us six hours of indulging shopping!

They say jewelry doesn't sell good anymore. Crazy. They don't sell good silver anymore . They used to have beautiful styles and prices. Now they show designer pieces that all look the same and at ridiculous prices. No longer the silver style incredible pieces not found anywhere and presented for everyone to afford. The boring same designs, high priced diamonds Jai and diamonds aren't for everyone.

Some of my old favorites were the two older gentlemen with Fenton Glass.  I have a few of the pieces with optic hearts on them and I have three different sizes of the heart-shaped trinket boxes.

I owned several Gabriella T sweaters.  I finally had to donate them because I had lost weight.

I no longer put up an Xmas tree and gave my collection of Christopher Radko ornaments to my son.

I know -- times change but I so rarely watch anymore.

@tansy Ahhh. Those Gabriella T sweaters were gorgeous and so unique. I bought a few. They were a wool blend though and i could not wear them. Too itchy. I had to re-home them. I just am very sensitive to wool.
