"Why was it changed in the first place?"  Now there's a key question, and one I wish I had an answer for!  Whatever the reasons, I've survived several past revisions and have knocked around on this re-do enough to know I can marginally function here.......but while it offers a few slick bells and whistles,this re-design is inferior in most ways.  Not nearly as easy, simple, direct, or user-friendly as the old boards.  I've given it time, and I still hate it.

 

What would it take for QVC to admit they goofed and undo this mess?
