Go back to the old format.... Please!

This morning I have had a lot of problems getting on signing in and having to reboot several times. It also freezes up and it is slow to load. Several people here have been complaining .. I was thinking it was a problem with my computer .. and then I saw several threads on this subject . You took away our very nice easy to navigate format and left us with this "hot mess". Well maybe this will get your attention QVC I was ordering several items this morning had them in my cart and then all of a sudden they were gone [the items in the cart] and I had to reboot once again over and over again. And I just gave up and did not order anything. Thanks for saving me money QVC  now I can use it for a site that works well. Thanks for letting me vent!

Qvc lost a few sales from me b/c of the issues re this website.

I refuse to jump through QVC's hoops to place an order.

The issues with the website have nothing to do with the new format.  Those of us who've used it since it was rolled out, for the most part, like and prefer the new format.  It offers a lot more flexibility than the old and common functions are easier to perform.  It's just a matter of adjusting to something new.

I am glad you are happy with the new format.  I still absolutely hate it.  It has definitely affected my enjoyment of the forums and I come here less because of it.

I guarantee you that the issues have to do with the new format.    There had to have been programming modifications for you to see (view) the new format (i.e., for the new pages to display).   With those programming changes we encounter all the problems that people are complaining about.....   I think it was a waste of their time especially when the mods were not tested.  I guess we're doing the QA testing for these clowns.  The website as it stands currently is just about useless.

With my Android smartphone, it's painstaking to navigate so I only "give hearts."   Only on my desktop, do I type any comments.   So sad.

Can IT adjust so that user has choice of which page to use.

Google/Yahoo had this with its email page.  Perhaps give them a call.

I've noticed some changes on the website but nothing dramatic. I haven't noticed any change on the forums.

It would help if you'd specify what you don't like so posters can try to help.

They aren't going to go back to an old format. Change is the only constant in life.  Sometimes you like it. Sometimes you don't.
