Go Back To the Old QVC..Please!!

Please QVC, Go back to the old ways of programming, selling, and customer service. Everything at the Q has gone downhill the last Two years. Same products over and over again is not good programming, not to mention the very short time limit easy pays, poor customer service, and boring products. What has happened?? If QVC keeps going the way it is I see most long time customers, like myself, ordering less and less and shopping other places.
