Am I the only one or are there other QVC regular customers that have grown tired of some of the bad language used on air by guest presenters --- the hosts are always professional?
When I called to complain I never even received a courtesy call or letter from management, and I have been a good customer for a number of years. I recently turned away from QVC and found what I wanted at HSN instead. To date no profanity or foul language.
