For QVC Social: log in option

Hi--completely understand if it's a "no" but would it be possible to have a "keep me logged in" option available and if not that, extend the length of inactive time for a new sign-in. It seems like if I step away for even 30 minutes, I get logged out and have to sign-in again; not the end of the world, but an inconvenience, especially on my phone.

I will certainly pass your request to our IT "fixers" - can't promise when but do agree that it is annoying!

That would be great, Beth.....I hate having to sign in all the time...before the change I was never signed out...for days...unless I shut my computer off....Thanks....

I think they have fixed it somewhat.  I used to be logged out after 30 minutes, but now I can be gone several hours and still be logged on.

Maybe it is only a phone or tablet issue?

I logged in to pay my bill (computer), but when I went from there to find my wish list, I had to log in again. Seems everytime I do anything different, I am logging again. I am not spending much time on the forums anymore, so that is 1 less,lol....
