I would really like to see QVC focus much more on Quality, specifically in their Gold Jewelry Line.

QVC is a business, as a business owner, I completely understand that Q is in business to make a Profit.

I also know the price of gold and understand price points etc.

I think QVC has some fabulously designed jewelry, some very unique styles, and some difficult to find pieces.

But for me - The Quality Falls Short. and seems to be getting worse.

My jewelry armoire began to get cluttered with broken jewelry, so I decided to clean out all the broken items, and sell them off as scrap.

When my cleaning was complete, I looked down at the pile of broken jewelry and realized that Every Single Broken item, had come from QVC.

Broken clasps, snapped chains, broken bails, lost stones....... (not even counting the items I have lost because they broke while wearing them)

Although I have been disappointed by the Quality of QVC's gold, I still break down and buy it sometimes, because I do like the styles they offer. My husband also loves to shop for me on QVC.

I wear my QVC jewelry very gingerly, and don't were it nearly as often as my other jewelry, because I don't want to break it. - but still it seems to land in the Scrap Pile.

I would LOVE to see QVC focus more on QUALITY - and less on Price Point.... and Profit will Follow.

With Valentines Day coming - I regretfully had to tell my husband NOT to Buy me QVC Jewelry !

PLEASE QVC - Your Designs are Lovely (but frankly) Your Quality is Inferior.
