Fix things on this website before a big event!

Every time there is a CIJ event I have trouble with this website.

Just now, I hit the "item on air' button for the Hallmark cards, and the kiddies track toy comes up.

I search "Candle Impressions" and the newest offerings in their Mirage line aren't on that page.

Why can't this site work properly during an event, when one wants to make quick decisions, order things fully informed about what's in stock, and have a pleasant shopping experience?

Does this happen during the endless beauty events, or the droning on days of endless fashion, or is it only during the few events each year I'm  really interested in?

Not a happy camper!

I totally agree!  They are showing a telescope instead of Bethlehem Lights TSV.

I see that the 'recently aired' isn't working again.   You can go to that page, but it just keeps blinking.

Thank you @chickenbutt for mentioning this.

I had that problem this morning, and I thought maybe it was my computer. WE had a new hard drive installed just a few days ago, and my computer is set on Pacific time, and I can't figure out how to change it to Eastern. I thought all that jumping and blinking was because I was trying to see the 'recently aired' by choosing 'eastern' and was confusing the site when we appear to be on pacific time!

Glad to know it isn't 'me'!

I don't know if you have a PC or an Apple computer.  But, if it's a PC, just click on the time down at the lower right of the screen.  A small screen will come up and right there it should offer you the choice to change time zones.

Odd, however, that it doesn't automatically know.   I've never seen that.  Hope all is ok!!

OOPS!  I made a mistake.  Click on the time, then the little screen will say on the bottom 'change time and date', or something very much like that.  Then, click on THAT and it will take you to the next screen where you can make changes.

For some reason I have to switch EST to PST frequently on my iPad.  Just another small but irritating issue with this mismanaged site.

I don't have to change my "Rrecently Aired items" between EST and PST but it's giving me miltary time and I don't know how to change that. Quite aggravating.

Yep, that just started for me too, and I thought is was because of the new drive/wrong time zone or something.

Thanks @chickenbutt!

I went in through settings and finally figured it out. I knew it had to be easy, but sometimes I just get a mental block.
