Fix the QVC app please... (android)

I have run out of words to explain the issue. Your app, dear QVC does not work on the latest Nexus 7 Jelly Bean system. And your response was to call my ISP. Not the right answer. If the ISP were at fault then my smart phone would not work (android) with the same APP. Please look into it. I cannot be the only one having this issue. I can get HSN app and it does not come up with a INCOMPATIBLE message. The problem is with you, not me or my device.
