Fire Light Diamond Rings - Need more information please...

Since this is the suggestion box forum I would like to ask for video presentations on all the Fire Light lab diamond rings. Not just on the 5 carat solitaire options. I would also like the description of the halo style rings to include the carat weight of the center stone not just the total weight including center stone. Since I'm on a roll, can I ask for Fire Light diamond solitaires with a 1.20 or 1.50 carat weight? I would like to see those carat sizes in Pear and Emerald cuts. Something that is a nice size but also practical for daily wear. I think QVC would make more Fire Light ring sales if they offered as much information as possible. In the item description the type of hallmark stamped inside of each individual ring should also be listed. In some of the ring photos it is easily seen. In others there is no visible hallmark. Lastly, can QVC consider offering special financing on the Fire Light rings? I think that covers it (for now). I hope QVC really reads our suggestions. I have been leaving these questions on the individual item listings for awhile now with no responses. I contacted QVC customer service and they can't answer any of my questions. They referred me to message Michelle Lau on Facebook which I did. I asked if there is a customer service number for the vendor that supplies Fire Light. Per QVC customer service there is not. I've done everything I can to get my answers. I will not make an expensive purchase of this type without all the facts. How long will it take QVC to get on the ball with this?

I agree. I don't buy most things without all the details. Not giving it tells me is the quality, cut, etc must not be very good.

Exactly - these pieces are not cheap but have very little value once appraised. It's not like a natural diamond.  Do the research and google lab created diamond and what carat weight you are looking for - prices are much better than the q.

@BlueWhale14.  You're wise to proceed with caution.  Read this poster's experience.
