FIX the Community boards please!

When trying to post a reply, the page jumps several times to the top before a reply can be made. Also, when going back to check a post that a comment was made you cannot go to last reply. It jumps back to the top then once again, you can not scroll down without the %&*# page jumping back to the very top. VERY frustrating especially when it is a long post!!!!
