only works if the replacement is still in stock when the original purchase comes back.  It makes no sense to have to wait for a replacement, which may sell out before original comes back..  I don't know why Q won't send out the replacement immediately, so one would be sure of getting it.  It's also good to be able to compare two different sizes, if that is the reason for exchange.  Also, HSN not only sends it out immediately, but they won't charge your card if they get one of them back within 2 weeks.  So much better!

I don't shop HSN so i wouldn't know. Maybe you'd be happier sticking with them/

Well, since Q  & HSN are now owned by the same company, we may all be shopping differently soon.  Why so snarky?  I've been shopping on Q for 20+ years, & are fully aware of their good points.
