I am appalled how long an exchange takes.  It took 9 days for my exchange to get to Lancaster.  That is ridiculas.  Now another 10 days to get my item???????????? That is aabout 3 weeks.  I am very disappointed in this system you have.  Just SAYIN"

That's the reason I don't make exchanges. If something doesn't fit, I send it back and request a credit, and then just order what I need on the website. I've never had good luck with sending an item back and asking for a replacement.

They are so slow in processing returns that, if the item is popular, it's going to be sold out before it could be shipped.  If I really, really want something, i just re-order it and send the original back.  QVC returns don't work for me.  They need a better system.

Basically its a month to exchange something. Not worth it.

I agree the QVC exchange system doesn't work.

Exchanges take close to 30 days to complete.

QVC is a big enough company to do something simular to Amazon

you go on line click on the item you want to exchange, order your exchange item and once your prepaid return/exchange label is scanned at post office the new item that you picked is sent out.

No waiting 2 weeks for QVC to even open the return and read what you need.

I have really cut down on what I used to order from Q mainly due to quality control. Sizing issues have never been this bad.  I have actually used a tape measure to compare the Q's size chart to what I have received and it's not even close.

QVC is nothing like Amazon, Amazon is giving their workers sizable raises. The Q is looking to lay off and stream line things to make more money for the share holders. Can you say GREEDY. Their exchange program worked for me twice and it was fairly quick turn around, not a month.
