If you request an exchange and by the time we receive the return the size/color is sold out, you will not be charged for the return ($6.95) However you should have been refunded the $3.00 for the original S&H as well. I will refund the $3.00 to you now as member credits.

@Beth-QVC, thank you. I didn't write my comment to get the refund. As I mentioned it didn't bother me at all. My real concern was more with wanting to understand the exchange policy more completely and your comment helped with that. Yay!
