Two times now returning shoes for a size exchange and the warehouse shipped the wrong size......shoe exchange is proving unreliable and if I send back AGAIN for hopefully the correct exchange, there is another 2 weeks fiddling around trying to get a corrected size (if available and correct size sent)....the one just shipped is the wrong size which will need to be returned AGAIN for exchange if I wish to wait another 2 weeks OR I will make sure I do not get charged for the return for refund since QVC sent the incorrect exchange size! I have sent shoes back for size exchange and they are out of stock....unreliable again.
How about QVC adopting the same kind of exchange system operating at HSN; it is quick, efficient and done online, then you send the item back within their allotted time frame as indicated.

Please send me an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com so I can make this process much shorter for you. Please include the order number and/or the item number and what size exchange you wish now. I am sorry this exchange has been so inconvenient.

I just did my first exchange with the Earth TSV shoe. I needed to exchange for a smaller size. I was leary given all the complaints about exchanges not being processed but it appears from my Order Status that mine was in fact processed.
The incorrect size is marked as a return and the correct size shows as processing.

@Lipstickdiva My exchanges were processed, indicated as refund for the return, and requested exchange marked as being processed. EXCEPT 2 times for shoes returned they sent a W rather than requested M. I am waiting for one to arrive, saw the incorrect replacement online.... The other wrong size sent to me was returned; chose not to go through another exchange--that would be 4 weeks fiddling around! Sometimes it takes so long to return/process exchange, at the time you send back wrong size/color, the shoe you need is in stock yet once received, it is out-of-stock and you have no choice but refund, no option to change the color, etc. I have trouble getting Clarks to size correctly and have quit trying Clarks; and the TSV Sketchers are having fit problems and lots of complaints.
