My most recent issue is that I returned an item for an exchange and this takes several weeks. Okay, I'll be patient, but when I received the replacement it was the wrong size. Good grief, it would seem that given the long amount of time taken the replacement would be what I requested. Very frustrating.
In addition I would like to suggest that QVC adopt the following Amazon practice to speed up the process. Customer would go online to indicate what the exchange request entails and as soon as the PO scan occurs that could trigger the replacement requested.
