Easy Pay

I bought an item and used easy pay. QVC took the entire $137.00 at once. I was never notified of this and didn't know until I checked my bank statement. They have done this before and admitted it was their mistake. Can't they be a bit more careful? Luckily, I have the money in my account to pay for it but why are they so careless when it comes to our money?{#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Tell CS they owe you an ez-pay since they didn't use it.

Not only is QVC careless with our money the hosts especially Jill, Carolyn and Pat tell us how to spend it.

WOW! I have been ordering for 20 yrs, quite a few EZ pays and have NEVER had this happen. The few times I have had to call CS they have always gone over the top to help me.
