Recently when I checked on my easy pay monthly billing, the charges are listed as being billed on one credit card, yet when I looked at the actual charge on the item, it is being billed on another card.  I think QVC needs to redo the (not-so) easy pay section and perhaps look at HSN's website, which IS extremely easy and straightforward.  I also don't like when you change a card for one payment, an entire list comes up to change all of the items purchased on easy pay.  This could be rather dangerous if not caught quickly enough to hit the CANCEL button.

I did this by accident and what a mess I made.  Live and learn!

Re: Easy Pay Billing Section

[ Edited ]

It is really carzy this easy pay. I will never use it again. I did not even know my orders were automaticly going on easy-pay  by using my Q card.  Noone told me........

One month shows something like $200 plus and the next $50 and then back to $200  without buying anything.

Hard to understand and to keep track of.you really have to pay close attention.

Re: Easy Pay Billing Section

I never have nore than one card on my Q account.  I'd hate that.  Way too much to keep track of.

Already when I get more than 5 items on EZPay I pretty much stop buying new except for AD's.  It's my way of cutting back.  And still there's too much "stuff" in my house and I'm not even tempted to shop for a while.
