@Kachina624 Thank you so much for posting this link! I came to the boards hoping someone would have a good idea of where to donate for stranded animals. I just made my donation...my heart is breaking for all the animals left behind in this mess...and for the people who had no other choice. I just can't even imagine leaving my cats behind if I had to evacuate!

Also Wings of REscue is a good one.

If you go to the pet lovers forum you will see a thread titled Animal Fund.

Click on that and you will get more suggestions if you want.

You can also go to charity navigator to check out the ratings for any charity.(except Wings of Rescue is not rated and they explain why).

I made my donation the other day to Wings of Rescue.  I was able to do it through Paypal.

Then there is American Humane who has been on the ground helping animals in Texas.  Outstanding organization.....  http://www.americanhumane.org
