I cant imagine that Q would print a review on a product that you said you have never tried, did they print it ??

@Shelbelle - Unfortunately, QVC does publish reviews from customers who say they've never even ordered an item and complain about things that have nothing to do with the product.

 

Sometimes a review is clearly about a different product altogether, and it still gets through.  They must use a program that just vets certain words or phrases and no one reads the actual review.

 

They've done so for years and despite some of us writing to get them to address this issue, they never do anything about it.  It seems it's not worth their time.

@Shelbelle QVC most certainly do publish reviews for products people have not tried. I remember David V. cookbook getting all 5 stars and being "customer top rated" and the cookbook wasn't even published yet. David had a blank copy on his show (only the cover art, book pages were blank). He was taking advanced orders. But QVC published those reviews of folks swooning over David and saying they couldn't wait to receive his cookbook.
