When I read reviews I want to see the ones that give detailed information.
Such as I always wear a small in this brand and it was too tight in the chest so I exchanged
It for a medium and it fit better. And if they add their height and weight that's also helpful. It would have been better to contact customer service with your complaints.

@Flady1 - First of all, that font you used (and put in bold) is very difficult to read and it doesn't make your argument any more convincing than normal type would.

And, no, I don't agree with anything you said.  I seem to recall that in December you were upset about a ring selling out, before you had a chance to buy it.  You said then you were done with QVC.  (As if that was their fault?)

So you've ordered something and are now returning it unopened (you say) because you don't like the source of the reviews?  The only reason you've "wasted money" is your own fault.  And, if you don't want to pay for returns anymore, the answer is simple:  do what you claimed to be doing before and stop shopping with QVC.

And, as someone else has said, you only speak for yourself - not for "WE".

No, I do not agree.

I automatically go elsewhere to check reviews, contents, etc etc before I consider buying anything. I do not accept what is on Q's website (or on air) unless it is corroborated by other sources of reviews and the manufacturer.

Fyi, your post is difficult to read because of the font.

@Flady1

Your post is too hard to read past the first line: your use of bolding makes the letters and thus the words run together.  The energy you spent trying to communicate gets wasted.

If you!re angry, wait u til you calm down to type.

( My post started out with the 4 I normally use, but my iPad had other ideas: I normally do not post this small a font. My apologies )

I don't understand why you would wait to read reviews until after you purchased it. Also if the Q hasn't sold something before there wouldn't be any reviews from Q customers. So if it's a new set or something there would be nothing there. I often go to the companies site or other beauty store sites to look for reviews if I'm conerned.

If you actually wanted to try this I"m not sure why you wouldn't and then return if you don't like it. Makes no sense.

@Flady1 -  I don't agree with you.

You should go ahead and stop ordering from the Q.

If you come back and reply to all the posts, please change the font.  It is very difficult to read.

Reviews made by actual purchasers are the way I decide about whether to purchase or not.  I appreciate if they tell us if the reviews are from the vendors website .  I also appreciate it if they disclose whether a reviewer received the product as part of a promotion.  I think that can make a difference in a review.

So, I don't understand making a purchase without looking at reviews.  I really don't understand sending something back that I didn't even try.  You are only punishing yourself.  Believe me, QVC nor the vendor really care.

I would at least try this out - you may like it.  In the future read the reviews.  You will save your shipping costs both ways - win, win!

@Flady1 if the reviews were 3 stars why did you order the product knowing you would need to return if not satisfied.  I'm not comprehending your question but if you're asking if we agree with your post my answer is no sorry I don't understand your logic.

I do check reviews prior to purchasing anything, and because it was a new kit, there weren't any.  So, I looked at their other products, and a large percentage of reviews were from their website, reposted to Qs,,,,and were ++++.  They didn't have a chance to put those reviews with this new kit yet, and were from Q shoppers, at least they were honest!!!

@Flady1

OF COURSE there were ONLY 3 reviews from QVC customers this is a NEW Gatineau item to The Q.

AND when I purchase any item I’m not familiar with I look for reviews anywhere I can find them.

Including video demos on YouTube. 😎

I’m sorry… but the blame is on You not QVC or Gatineau.
