Hi-

 

I think that QVC should increase their discount to at least $10.00 for first time purchasers. In this day and age, $5.00 is nothing.

@Reenalds - I think it's great that new buyers get an incentive at all—those of us who have been loyal customers for years don't receive any discounts.

$5.00 wouldn't be an incentive to buy something I didn't want or, of course, couldn't be found at a lower price elsewhere.  Many retailers offer 10-15% to new buyers.

 

But, how about a "Thank You" to loyal customers?  

 

I remember receiving a $10 and $20 "Thank You! We appreciate your business" Christmas gift discount from QVC and HSN for a few years.  That stopped long ago.

 

I don't need a gift.  I'd be happy if they sent me a "Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business. How are we doing?" email questionnaire after every purchase.
