Different passwords for Q-forums & Q-shopping?

[ Edited ]

Does anyone remember seeing the ability to sign in with a different password to this forum?  I mean, a password different from the one you use to check out things in your shopping cart on the shopping portion of this site.

I know QVC is supposed to verify your email address, but I seem to recall there was the ability to have a different password.

It would seem a good security measure and it would be nice, I think, if they had that in place.

I haven't seen anything about this in the instructions but I did think I remembered this when asked to sign in the first time on this new forum.  Wish I'd paid more attention.

Hi Homegirl,

There should never be a different password for you to login to the Community as it is the same account you would use for all activity on qvc.com (placing an order, writing a review, checking order status, etc.)

I hope my reply answers your question.
