I get so frustrated in not hearing everything about the merchandise.

They're so lazy, many times they will just say petite, regular and tall and not even tell the inseam!

How many times I'm just watching nonsense, waiting and waiting for merchandise information.

You depend on their eyes and hands to give you so much information.

I can't tell you how many times I just give up and go on my way. And they miss a possible sale.

Well, if you want laughs instead of money, have at it!

Won"t even say the price. They just say how much you can get it home for. They don't say the item number either.

I don't need extended information. Its boring. If I like something Q more than not shows an item front and back. Sizing is listed under each product. I don't need to be told where I can where it or how I can wear it. Q presentations are much too long.

@Kachina624  obviously you watch qvc a lot, and are very familiar with products. You are also very savvy about measurements, and fabrics and know the products.  I think you have to put your mind in those minds  who don't, or perhaps new viewers. Not everyone knows or thinks to check online for measurements and such. Personally, starting with QVC in 1987, I tossed them overboard as far as watching in 2003.  If I want entertainment, I have many streaming alternatives.  I don't need the stupid entertainment, just describe the darn product.  The hosts aren't mt BFF, they should be salespeople with some professionalism. They used to do it. I have better luck online myself. The hosts do not describe product, so,etimes you are lucky if they show inside of handbag lol

The thing that I would like to see corrected is when the items are hanging on a rack or in that closet.....they do Not pull the whole item out exept the first one.

They give it a little nudge forward but do not present the additional colors in full view.

This is especially important with patterns/prints!   I don't want to see a bit of the sleeve, I need to see the entire garment.

@RespectLife  I agree. They pull a little bit of the arm or leg of the colors.  I would like to see the full look of the blue or brown etc. whatever it is.  I guess it's too much to ask. But isn't that their job?

You can always search for whatever product you are interested in and get full details in the description.  Not an issue.

Well, @ellaphant , that's just "you." Others would like more info.

However, nothing I see at the Q I can't buy elsewhere and usually at a better price.

If the Q hosts want me to do their jobs, buh-bye!

Very true @JazzyGirl

However, needing to get online takes time and my size/color is often sold out by then.

Since you must have been "online" to view the presentations that aren't describing the item to your satisfaction, then how can it take so much more time to click on the product for a full description?

Re: Describing product

[ Edited ]

There's a fine line between personalizing content while allegedly entertaining the audience and being just plain annoying while skipping over important details as they tell us how many are left in each color... I suggest management assist the hosts in finding that fine line... Presentations are generally boring in the first place, as they're too long, so certainly there is time to include pertinent product data other than just going through the colors repeatedly and then segueing into personal material of little interest to many of the apparently dwindling viewing audience, who appear to be  viewing, enjoying and shopping less.
