I have been a customer for many many years,I am very unhappy with QVC it is going down hill."THE BIGGER THEY GET THE WORST IT GETS"I ordered  5 ladys top on 8-18-23 still waiting it's one excuse after another today is 8-27-23 never paper work comes with any orders,I will not be ordering any more from QVC,this is the end for me.

@willhelp.  You don't even tell us who've you've contacted, what they said or what the status is. You title your thread "delivery".  What does that mean, shipped but not delivered?  Very incomplete information.

I get merchandise from many retailers.  Most no longer send any paperwork in the package, including Amazon.
