I wanted to order an item but couldn't get past confirming my address. Was told on live chat that the item I wanted couldn't be delivered to my state. I then went to the item description and nowhere could I find anything that said it couldn't be delivered in a certain state. If this is the case it should be stated somewhere in plain site so I wouldn't have to waste my time and the time of the person trying to assist me. I love QVC and the convienent payment options but I found this to be a problem.

Not at all certain what you tried to order, but I do know sometimes state laws don't allow some products to be shipped into their state.  That's what your CS service rep told you, so I'd suspect that's true.  You can always call one of your own state reps and ask if they know.

Not sure what you were ordering but I recall people complaining about trying to order reading glasses. Apparently some states require presriptions if they're over a certain strength. Maybe it's a situation like that? But if there are state restrictions they should be clearly stated in the item description so you don't waste your time trying to order.
