I have been a member since 1995 and love QVC.  But, I  don't know what to do about this.  On, 12/28/15, I ordered Item # A270695.  It was sent out on 12/31/15.  I tracked its progress as it left Swedesboro to California.  It was "Out for Delivery" on 1/8/16, but it never got here.  The tracking info showed it leaving my city on 1/8/16 and traveling around the southern part of the state.  I phoned Customer Service and was told to wait.  On 1/12/16 I carried a paper copy of the tracking info to my local post office.  A person there was able to use the tracking number and get a little more info than the QVC page shows, but again I was told to wait.  I don't want to give up because I really want the item.  Please, please tell me what else I can do!  I am frustrated to say the least.

This is what you should do. Please check your order to determine when you should have received this item. If it is past due, then call customer service and ask that the item was lost and to resend it to you at no charge. No need to stress and ask that they send the item with a faster delivery as a courtesy to you. Good Luck.

 

PS I see that someone from QVC has responded after I posted.

QVC is helping me get this package delivered.  I appreciate that assistance and hope I see my package soon.
