Delayed Text Messages from QVC

Yesterday I received 2 text messages from QVC stating "Good news - your QVC package has been delivered!" I went to my front door looking for the packages and nothing was there. Then I checked the order numbers listed in the QVC text messages and realized the text messages were referring to two packages that I received *more than a week ago*. Why is the QVC text message system SO delayed? Has anyone else experienced this?
