I am writing because I wonder if anyone checks the jewelry before it is sent out. I ordered a pair of beautiful earrings which took quite long to ship out. When I opened the box I loved them, I took then out of the plastic bag and saw one of the prongs was bent, ok not a big deal ( I Hope) I was so happy to finally get them, so I bent it back the way it should be. I was so happy with them I ordered the same pair in another color, I opened the box, took them out of the plastic and put them right on, prongs are ok, but the one over-sized clasp that fits on the prong the hole is to large, so the earring hangs down and is loose. I am so disappointed I can't fix that ! So now I have to send them back and hope the next pair is not going to have another problem, when all I really need is another clasp, plus wait, and hope that I get them safely ( our mail service is not that good ). I know you are a large CO. but it only takes one second to check the product before shipping it out !
