@tBrittany-QVC I still haven't heard from QVC in regards to the shipping envelope I need to send my diamonique ring back.  I did email the team but as of yet had no reply.

@photoroe, you didn't do the notification to @Brittany-QVC properly, so it didn't get sent to her (I just notified her properly).

 

@Here's what I mean: @bebe777 won't generate a notification, while @bebe777 will generate a notification. -- you see the first one isn't highlighted in light blue, while the second one is. That's how you know you sent the notification properly.

Here's the instructions I gave you before about how to send a notification successfully:

 

@You send a notification by typing @ followed by the person's screen name. As you start to type, you will see a grey drop down menu. When you see the person's name on that menu -- as you type out the letters on their name -- then click on their name in the drop down menu... because just typing their name out doesn't always work.

There CS has gone down hill ..I have also been a long time customer with very good standing with QVC. In the last three months they lost or delivered my orders to other people. Or simply took down my address wrong. What bothered me the most was they did not alert me I found out  when I waited for a order that never showed up after a few weeks of waiting I called and someone from CS told me they did indeed lose the package. Very shoddy CS QVC.Woman Frustrated

Im not sure Q has a way of knowing who's orders aren't delivered unless you call and advise you never received it. Then you both see the tracking or non tracking. I don't there is anyway of knowing other than calling in.

I did call in several times that is how I found out that they lost my packages. As I mentioned I was the one chasing after them. They never let me know which was my point of my post. Which is shoddy CS in my opinion.

@apple1964 - It doesn't seem clear from what you've said, what CS could've done.  I think the point Mustangshar is trying to make is, that CS doesn't and can't monitor every shipment.

 

You place your order and it's up to you to check on it's status.  If I order something, I check on it's status right up until it's delivered.  If for some reason it says "delivered" and it wasn't delivered to me, I would call CS.

 

If it says "shipped", but doesn't reach me in a reasonable amount of time (or the tracking info simply stops), I call CS.

 

I'm not sure what you expect CS to do with the millions of packages going out every day?

 

Once the package is shipped, it's out of their hands.  Until the customer (you, in this case) notifies them that he/she didn't receive the item or that there's a problem with it.  The onus is on you to check your own account.

I did call and e-mail CS several times .. as I have said in my post and as I said in my quote. I just dont sit on my hands and wait and wait. I knew something was wrong with this order[s] and I did something about this. QVC knew they lost the orders or sent them to the wrong addresses .. They admited this. I can not help it if some people do not understand what I posted or can not understand what they are reading.

And I do keep track of my packages thank you very much.  I expect QVC since they gave me at tracking number to ship the packages to my home in a timely manner as they gave me a EDD read my postings .. you do not have to tell me what I already know I have been a customer for many years  so you do not have to school me that had me LOl.Woman LOL
