Computer product technical support

I have a horrible time with technical support on my HP computer. The HP employees are all in Pakistan and the Phillipines, and their English is not good enough to have a conversation with them. On the other hand, support for HP printers is handled by Canadian employees. The difference when both HP employee and customer speak the same language is immense. I have been trying to find out if any computer manufacturers offer technical support by American or Canadian workers but have had no success, including when calling customer service. It would help if this issue was addressed on the website for each computer.
