Comments about recent shopping

I am so frustrated this year with QVC. Everything, but one item, was either ordered (as if they had stock) & 7 days later "oh by the way its back-ordered." OR showed up brown and dead.

I was very frustrated as I found out just by logging on and checking the status as I hadn't received an email verifying the status or shipment of this item. Then the lady says "you should be getting a letter." What the heck? Can't you send an email instead of SNAIL mail? Come on QVC.

Plus I used a 5 pay offer and she didn't even offer to give it on another item.

As for the dead wreath I received, they did reimburse the charges which is fine.

I can say I also purchased one item for myself BOSE ear buds, but I am considering sending them back and buying locally. {#emotions_dlg.scared}
