Commenting on People's Reviews

I would like to see the ability to comment on the reviews people make of products. Many people write of questions or just seeking help. Other users could help them with their products, like on reviews are on Amazon, so they will fix their issue and either keep their product or just learn how to use it. We would form a more informed community, as many people shop at the Q for the demonstrations, help, answers, forum, reviews...etc over other places because the support is worth the network and price.

Re: Commenting on People's Reviews

I'd like to ask the 'reviewers', of the reviewers for Linea products (which are usually positive and informative), why they think the review was "not helpful"! So many reviews have 0/2, 0/3 for helpfulness...so, what's wrong with the reviewer's review???

I'd like to know what the story is since I've seen some items I like.

Re: Commenting on People's Reviews

There is a place for people to ask questions of those who've received the product. The answers are posted so everyone can read them. The problem is people use this space to list their requests or just make stupid comments. Of course nobody sees them except other customers.

Re: Commenting on People's Reviews

Have you ever seen the replies of people who don't like the review? It's worse than this board. I wouldn't vote for it. The ask a question is more than enough.

Re: Commenting on People's Reviews

It would be nice if the Review had a ""How long have you been using this product?"" question to be answered by the reviewer. A lot of positive reviews may come from first time users vs. someone using the product for a few months.

Re: Commenting on People's Reviews

There is a place for the reader to say whether or not a review is helpful. There is also a place where people can ask questions of other customers regarding a particular product. The problem is we have a bunch of dummies who ask things like, "what necklace was the model wearing last Wednesday?" or they think QVC or the manufacturer will answer them.
