Closed Caption....@ any mod

There are numerous complaints about multiple host plus a vendor on the shows ensuing all of them talking at once creating mass confusion.

I would appreciate this post being passed on to someone in charge.

The powers that be should watch a few multiple host/vendors shows and turn the volume off and turn on the closed caption.

I am sure there are QVC viewers that are hearing impaired and have their CC turned on. I can only imagine their frustration at trying to read what is being said.

Its very hard to describe so thats why the suggestion for someone in charge watch a show as I suggested.

At some point, my closed captioning for QVC and some others quit and I have not been able to solve this problem?

I could not watch Amy and Alberti last night and I like them both. They constantly talked at the same time. Do they or anyone in charge not understand that neither one can be understood when they do this!? Throw a vendor in the mix and that's even worse!

How could a company that does CC possibly follow what two or three people are saying at once?

@FranandZoe ..............Have you tried your CC settings on your TV? Every once in a while my just shuts off for no reason and I have to go into settings and turn it back on again.

The CC cant follow all of them talking at once and it is a big cluster confusion. That is why I ask that some one watch to see just how bad it is.

haha, you are so right @Imaoldhippie . I never thought of that but we do always have CC on. When watching QVC there is no way it can keep up with them. It's usually gibberish and makes no sense.

In all honesty, I doubt they will have the hosts attempt to avoid talking over each other for the CC customer. But, you have brought up a good point.

@cjm61 ..............I have doubts that anything will be done, but at least it might be brought to their attention. I was watching a show one night with 3 hosts and I think it was the vendor that the CC kept using Nutzy as her name because CC could not keep up with all 3 talking at once. I dont remember what show it was now, I wish I could because thats the one that they should watch.

I use CC a lot but not when watching QVC. I don't recall it ever just shutting off by itself.

Jennifer Coffee in particular, just interrupts and keeps on talking and talking and doesn't give a hoot talking over another. She does this all the time with Isaac. They both just keep on talking together. Did they ever hear that is rude???
