When someone on the boards posted she was let go, I was surprised.  She always did a great job, wonder what happened?

She was such a good rep for the company and it seemed to come out of nowhere.

Wow, she's been with them for what seems like forever. Ever since that guy left, the old rep from the early 2000's. At least 15 years. Too bad if she just lost her job like that. I realize, it "happens everyday" but still. I thought she was a good rep. I must say though....after 15 yrs, I always think, gosh, they must get tired of saying some of the same things.

If I really liked a product I wouldn't stop purchasing just due to the termination of an employee.

This actually happened in June.  Amy is actually taking time off with family and is doing some fashion and lifestyle blogging.

It's normal life in a big corporation to be scare of losing your job. People are just numbers and dollar signs to a big corporation.

I agree people lose their jobs everyday, however it does seem to be a trend for the long time on air hosts to be abruptly departing at the Q in the last several months.  I did read where Clarks didn't like the fact she was doing a book deal and working at Clarks - maybe conflict of interest?  Not sure.
