Plain and simple... wish QVC would give us a way to return defective items that were purchased during "Christmas in July." So disappointed when things are bought, tested, put away for Christmas, and then don't work properly when Christmas is here.

You might want to call CS. I am pretty sure anything bought during the Christmas in XX (July, August, Sept) can be returned until the end of January.

I think they will allow the return, but may not pay the S/H....

I have retrned Christmas in July purchases in January with no problem.

I'm sending a xmas in July item back today and I expect a refund with no problem.
