Chat Feature

Q why is it that the chat feature is never working? I prefer to use that method to reach out to customer service and 9 times out of 10 it is not working. What is going on, is this something that has special hours that it works?

@three4me If you really need to get help from QVC and the Chat is not working, I highly recommend using another method. The email @SandySparkles gave is awesome. I always get a response within a few hours. You can also call CS.
