I suggest that maybe when QVC is 're-doing' it's web pages they let us - the customers know so that we are not left wondering why our home pages, searches are not working and we cannot shop.
I suggest when QVC prints their return labels incorrectly and the customer finds out when the p.o. cannot scan or give you a receipt you maybe make an announcement on t.v. about this fact not put it on our a/c page as not all of us check our a/c daily.
