It's good if they're trying to be more device-friendly, but, that's not what I'm experiencing. FWIW, I no longer have cable tv so I can only watch online via either iPhone, iPad, PC's or my TV's internet browser.

On my TV internet browser, iPhone, and iPad, I cannot get either of the two new "Watch TV Live" links to play, referring to the two links under the new "Shop QVC TV" heading. If I use the original "Watch Live TV" link located on the far left of the homepage, I can still watch live.

I hope they don't have plans to remove that original Watch Live link at the left, or watching ability will be even further limited.

Is anyone having this same issue bolded above?

QVC Social, I already sent Feedback on this issue, but I'm not sure that it will be read.

SHOPR---your right, sometmes in an effort to make it more friendly for IPhones they mess the website up for the PC.....just ask anyone that plays games on Pogo...

I don't see what's so different about the "front page format". There's a big photo, and to the left of that are clickable links for the TSV, new arrivals and lunchtime specials. Those are the only things I ever used from the "front page", so nothing has really changed for me.

This site was broken. It had issues. If those issues couldn't be fixed with yet more patches and band-aids, it needed a whole new revamp. It needed fixing, because it was broken.

And the changes are tiny, really. They just moved a bit of stuff around a little. It's not that much different from any other online shopping site as far as navigation goes. If you can use one, you can use them all.

SHOPR, I'm having the same problems and I'm on a regular computer.

When I click on Shop QVC TV it takes me to items recently on air. Next to Channel: there is QVC Live and QVC Plus - clicking on either of those doesn't work. Then there is "QVC TV Menu" on the left side, with "Watch QVC Live" there, that doesn't work. On the same page of recent items it has in red "On Air Now", and next to that a black TV icon and "Watch TV Live". NONE of those work. Even if you're on the Program Guide and the current program is shown in green, and says "Watch QVC TV", that doesn't work. The only way I can watch live is to go back to the home page and click on "Watch Live TV". So I've given up even trying to get there any other way. Don't know why they even have the others on the pages.
