I really enjoy this line, but I have a suggestion:

It would be nice to see the models - and maybe the host and vendor - wearing SOUTHWESTERN jewelry! 

Maybe not for every outfit, but I think that type of jewelry would spotlight the clothes more.

Wouldn't it be great if they could wear American West jewelry, since that brand is sold on QVC too!  I know that's what I wear with the pieces I have already bought.

They should consult Carolyn Pollack! She has beautiful southwestern clothes! QVC stylists are clueless! They could have clothes,handbags, jewelry ect! Should have left it with denim and company and Gary! Whoever is running the QVC ship is driving it right into the ground!! Completely clueless!!

The entire line would be better if the clothing was actually Southwest inspired. The Canyon Retreat line really doesn't look like Southwestern wear at all.

@beach-mom   Smart suggestion...I was not impressed with the Canyon Reteat Line or its representative...it needs something more impressive!  Southwestern jewelry could well help what is missing!

I was hoping Canyon Retreat would be more like Sundance, but it has been very disapointing.  No recognizable American Indian prints this time.  

You are right, accessorizing does make a difference  Western jewelry, hats, and boots make the look.  

It's like dipping their toes into the style instead of jumping in the whole way.

This is a bit off topic but since it's about western-inspired fashions...

Soon there will be a new show on the Hallmark channel titled "Ride". It's about a small-town Colorado rodeo family (the show is filmed in Alberta). I'm looking forward to seeing the wardrobe on the show. Get some ideas about how to put it together. 

Show premieres Sunday March 26.
