There is already a thread going about this in another part of the site.
But, I think it needs more attention, as I've never, ever seen it in the past.
There were two recent orders made from our home and there was a decision made to cancel the orders in just a few hours. Both of those orders came back with "cancellation pending"...one of the orders showed it was shipped in less than 24 hours. Since when have THOUSANDS of sets (as was stated on ITKWD) gone out in under a day?!?
A tactic to force the product on customers and not even let them cancel it? A "Do All Possible" to get them to take the product and keep it...even if they really didn't want it? I don't know what this policy is about or where QVC thinks it's going with it (especially with the outlandish shipping charges), but it is making me really, REALLY mad.
