I received Susan Graver's butterknit top yesterday. To my dismay, it wasn't butterknit, it was liquid knit. I know this because I have lots of butterknit and the material is not the same.Smiley Mad

Oh no! I would hate that. I don't like liquid in it to begin with, so I would've been very disappointed like you. I wonder if Susan is selling items as butter in it when they're all really liquid knit polyester. I stopped buying her stuff along time ago.

During summer months butterknit and liquid knit are not as heavy as those sold in winter.  Maybe you received a lighter butterknit for summer.  i can't imagine QVC nor Susan would knowingly sell liquid knit and name it butterknit.  There would be no reason for that.

If they made an error, just call customer service and let them know or try the Social Team.  I doubt this was an attempt to pass one off as the other.

Couple months ago I tuned in just as Susan had a on-line caller - she said with a laugh - we haven't had much Butterknit lately - maybe we'll start bringing it back.

My reading between the lines:  yes, I dropped it cuz it's more expensive to make.

That was my interpretation anyway...........

I really don't see much of a difference with the two knits.  I own both and they feel quite similar to me.  There is no way she would purposely misrepresent an item , she has been selling her line forever, she doesn't have to push sales anymore I'm sure.

Couldn't this have been a mistake when your order was picked?  I think so.  I don't think you are assuming Susan Graver is a liar, just that you believe you received the wrong item.
