In 12 hours 61 tops and 22 bottoms presented....many repeats.  You would hope someone at QVC could come up with better programming.  I rarely watch and am getting to the point where I don't even look online.  Then there are the days of endless food or cosmetics.  The shopping experience is not one where you go to a store and spend the entire day in one department!

They have had plenty of fashion days/weekends, and I believe one was just a few weeks back before Labor Day.  They always repeat D&C markdowns or deals at the same time as the TSV, but to your point it is boring when they run a 3 hr D&C, SG or KG block with reruns of the same top 5x in the block.  However, there are still some of the other fashion lines that do not always get a lot of air time that you could just browse the internet or app for as well.

I am going out on a limb here and guessing with the exception of KG and D&C, maybe SG,  they really cut down their inventory purchasing due to their financial issues that were going on last year into this year, and frankly for a long time now. Less product to warehouse, less credit used to purchase, less returns as well. Also, they can then increase the price (imo opinion of course) because "we have such a limited inventory and there is NO REORDER!" (lol)

Did you really take the time to count them all up????

I'm never bored since I shop online mostly.

What they present on air is of no matter to me.

I would imagine they present what they are trying to move.

Besides, not everyone watches all day long....so repeats don't affect everyone.

@Gabidog.  What do you expect them t9 have in a fashion show?  They, pants and tops, are what people want for fall and winter.

Frankly I don't expect much but maybe toss in other fashion items if it is actually a fashion day or show.  Wigs are fashion, jewelry is fashion, underwear is fashion, handbags and shoes, socks, hats, coats.  But all they seem to emphasize is a tee and pants.  Almost no dresses.  Almost no sleepwear.  I just don't see how they come back financially with such dull programming.  But they will no doubt plod along as they have and I will probably not watch.  All day on one category is overkill!

@Gabidog.  I get aggravated beyond words when they throw in those accessory items or COSMETICS (the worst) during fashion shows.

They will be fine financially.  Their Tik Tok shop is extremely popular.  I get a few emails a day with specials and they're usually very good.  Just bought a Mackenzie Childs rosy check utensil crock with a 50% off coupon from Tik Tok.

@Gabidog - I don't disagree that QVC often repeats items on air, but if you're basing your "count" on the Items Recently on Air list, keep in mind that it includes items the hosts are wearing (so if a host is presenting during different hours, the QVC items worn will show up in each of them) as well as "add on" promos that may be mentioned on air with an item number but not actually presented live.

In addition, your post time in this thread is 12:26 PM ET, so if you're tracking just the past 12 hours of programming, that includes entire shows that were repeated in the overnight hours when there are no live shows.

I'd much rather watch fashion and cosmetic shows than those LONG never-ending vacuum presentations whenever there's a vacuum TSV.  And also, anyone else notice some items are shown constantly?  For example, I swear in every ITKWD show they have that POP-It storage rack. They show it so often I joke to myself they must have a warehouse full of them they're trying to unload. I also find it funny when David says he's got 5 or 6 of them in his house!

If i lived somewhere that had basements that flooded Id have 5 or 6 too. I believe that is why he has them, in his basement. ( Im in Florida...no basements).  I wish I had bought four 10 years ago to replace the plastic ones in

my garage that I have. I cant afford to replace now
