If someone (like AMY) is selling items on TV (QVC or elsewhere), they should KNOW THE CORRECT PRONUNCIATION words. It's called BEING PREPARED.

How about Ibiza (pronounced by her eyebeeza) & Vallarta ( her pronunciation vailarta) as well as "to go around" Said 90 times a show. Only 850 to go around, only 700 to go around. Over & over & over.

But you have to draw it out when you say it and keep tapping the item with your hand.

David V does this ^^ when saying colors a thousand times.

@layla2450  agree. Do you hear newscasters, reporters, show hosts, actors on any channel on national tv networks constantly & repeatedly mispronouncing words & misusing the English language?  No you dont. Its not professional and reflects badly on the person as well as the network that allows this to go on without correcting it.

@Pixie12 yes they do & for me, it one of the most annoying phrases on this channel. It makes me cringe, its so scripted to hear this over & over & over again.

One night,.I listened to Courtney (alone) & she said things like " in blue , I have 89, pink 100, green 59 available. ". She changed her vocabulary & wording with each item. It was so very refreshing!
