I never noticed when I did auto ordering that the TSV was always first.  I thought I always got the item on the air first.  Am I wrong?


 

       I'm pretty sure that's the way it goes; the on air item is always the first item.  I think perhaps while OP was on the phone placing her order, they moved on to the Tsv and she so focused on placing her order, she didn't notice.  I believe when you use automatic ordering, the system always tells you what you are ordering.

I don't think HSN's automated ordering is that big of a deal. They do ask you a lot of questions. Do you want to add this additional item to your order, do you have a coupon, do you want to apply flex-pay. How else will they know since you are taking part in their automated system. The entire process does not take that much longer than if you are ordering online in my opinion.

This doesn't even make sense.   Why would they show a SG TSV right in the middle of a Bob Mackie show?   The answer is... They didn't. 

 

Does anybody read what the OP says before they post?
