Please,  please don't automatically put the TSV as the first item in automated ordering on programs when other merchandise is being sold.

Today during the Bob Mackie show,  I went flying through automated ordering because my item was selling out.   Only later when I checked order status did I find I'd ordered a SG sweater and not a Bob Mackie t-shirt dress which came in the same sizes and some similar colors.   So I missed my dress which did sell out,  and had to cancel the SG item.   This equalled a 0 sale for you.

@Kachina624Sorry you missed your dress.  No sympathy for QVC missing a sale -   the dress sold out, so they really didn't lose a sale, but they did lose your good feelings.

I never noticed when I did auto ordering that the TSV was always first.  I thought I always got the item on the air first.  Am I wrong?

@millieshops   I don't think it's always first but it was today and therethere was another time recently but I caught that one.   You used to press "3" or "4" to get the TSV.

Somewhere along the line, they made "easy pay" as the default.    I don't buy anything unless I can afford it NOW.    Tomorrow, lightning could strike my chimney and I will have a BIG bill, and don't need those "little" ones popping up.    I learned the hard way to check my order over twice before I press the buy button(!)

I order only by automated ordering.  The item on the screen is always the first item number offered in my experience.

@LilacTreeGlad to see you.  I've been wondering what happened to you.  Everything okay?

The Q's automated phone ordering is a snap compared to HSN's.  I think HSN's is a nightmare and I quit using it.  If I want it bad enough, I'll order on my computer.

@sissy2 Tree   That's the point.   I was using automated ordering by phone and the TSV was the first choice,  not the item on the screen.   I also assumed the first option would be the Bob Mackie that I wanted but it was the SG TSV.   Hence my complaint.

Thank you millieshops.  Having more difficulty with my RA hands, some days harder than others, makes it difficult to type.  Thank you for your thoughts, so nice of you!
