I wish QVC would send e-mails advising when auto-delivery items are getting ready to ship. I received an email thanking me for an order. When I tried to cancel the shipment Customer Service said it was too late, 3 days later I received another email that said my order had shipped. I know it is my responsibility to track my orders but advance notice would be great. I'm sure it can be done. Amazon sends notifications for their auto delivery orders so there is still time to cancel or change a shipment if you want. This would certainly enhance the concept of Customer Service!!
